Amoprite Terms of Use

Amoprite is a private relationship journal for couples. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country. The app is not for children under 13.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, sign-in credentials, device security, and activity in your couple space. Tell us if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, diary entries, memories, comments, reactions, locations, and other content you add to Amoprite. You grant Amoprite the limited permission needed to store, process, sync, display, edit, back up, and share that content with your active partner according to the features and visibility settings you choose.

Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property rights, or content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful.

Partner Sharing

Amoprite is designed for private couple spaces. Shared couple content may be visible to your active partner. Private content is restricted by app and backend rules, but you should still avoid adding anything you cannot risk sharing with a partner or losing through device, account, or backup compromise.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Try to access another user's account or couple space.
• Interfere with app security, backend access controls, or Supabase policies.
• Upload malware or abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
• Use the app to harass, threaten, monitor, or harm another person.

App Stores And Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Amoprite may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact subscription name, duration, localized price, and included features are shown before purchase and confirmed by the relevant app store.

Payment is charged to your app store account when you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it in your app store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can restore eligible purchases from the purchase screen.

The relevant app store's billing, cancellation, and refund rules also apply. On Apple platforms, use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Amoprite does not directly collect payment card information. Apple and Google process payments, and Amoprite may receive purchase and subscription status needed to provide paid features.

Availability And Changes

Amoprite may change, suspend, or remove features, including beta or internal testing features. We may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or store requirements change.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time. To permanently delete your account, open Profile > Account > Delete Account in the app and confirm the deletion.

Disclaimers

Amoprite is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important memories.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Amoprite and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or account access.
