Noctra Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Noctra, a comfort audio app for white noise, sleep sounds, focus soundscapes, timers, reminders, saved mixes, and related features.
Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Noctra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
No Medical Advice
Noctra provides comfort audio and relaxation tools. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Noctra is not a substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, medication, sleep treatment, or emergency care.
App Use
- Do not misuse, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Do not use the app where audio playback could create a safety risk, such as while driving or in situations where you need to hear your surroundings.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Noctra may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable app-store billing provider. Prices, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund handling are shown by the app store at the time of purchase and are subject to that store's terms and policies.
Availability and Changes
We may update, add, remove, pause, or discontinue app features at any time. We try to keep Noctra reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual Property
Noctra, including its app design, text, graphics, audio arrangements, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User Content and Local Data
Some features may store your preferences, saved mixes, reminders, and session history locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your device, permissions, backups, and app data.
Privacy
Your use of Noctra is also governed by the Noctra Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Noctra is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or stop providing access to Noctra if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Noctra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
